Now Developers with GRC / IRM Engineer/ITOM/HRSD/CSM/ITSM/ITAM/Custom Apps Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and configure Service

Now applications and modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, Discovery and Custom Applications. - Customize Service

Now using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, and Workflows / Flow Designer. - Develop and maintain custom applications using Service

Now App Engine. - Implement and enhance ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. - Configure Service

Now integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration

Hub, MID Server, and external systems. - Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Service

Now solutions. - Perform unit testing, UAT support, debugging, and deployment across environments. - Ensure adherence to Service

Now best practices, security standards, and governance. - Support platform upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

Experience - Strong hands - on experience as a Service

Now Developer. - Solid understanding of Service

Now architecture, data model, and scripting. - Proficiency in Java

Script, Glide API, and Service
