Accountant Manager : Qualification - MBA/Bcom Finance with 3 years experience tally ERP/Pro accounting knowledge NGO Accounts Manager: Financial Reporting Compliance:Preparing accurate financial statement and ensuring all operations adhere to legal and donor - specific regulation. Budgeting Grant Management: Developing, monitoring and controlling budgets for various projects to ensure funds are utilized appropriately before deadlines. Bookkeeping and transaction :Maintaining up - to - date, accurate ledgers, managing, accounts payable and receivable and handling cash management. Audit preparation :Assisting with internal audits, risk assessment and year - end closing activities. Payroll Operation : Processing payroll and supervising the finance team, including mentoring and reviewing work. Grant reporting :Preparing financial reports for donors to justify expenses.
