Description This is a full - time, on - site role for a Technical Lead located in Bhubaneswar. The Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions, manage software projects, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Day - to - day responsibilities include leading technical teams, mentoring junior developers, reviewing code quality, and troubleshooting technical challenges. The Technical Lead collaborates with cross - functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable technology solutions, contributes to technical documentation, and ensures timely project execution. Qualifications - Proficiency in software development languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, or Java
