Department: Marketing Reports To: GM Marketing Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail - oriented Marketing Executive to manage vendor relationships and coordinate marketing events and activities. This role focuses on offline marketing initiatives and excludes digital marketing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities 1. Vendor Management Identify, onboard, and manage vendors for marketing activities printing, fabrication, media, event agencies, etc. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and timelines with vendors Ensure quality and timely delivery of all vendor - related services Maintain a database of approved vendors 2. Event Coordination Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, activations, and promotional campaigns Coordinate logistics including venue booking, materials, branding, and staffing Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events Handle on - ground event management and troubleshooting 3. Marketing Collateral Branding Coordinate production of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, hoardings, and POSM Point of Sale Materials Ensure brand consistency across all offline marketing assets Manage inventory of marketing materials 4. Campaign Execution Offline Assist in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns Coordinate with agencies for print media, outdoor advertising, and BTL activities Track campaign timelines and deliverables 5. Budget Reporting Monitor and manage budgets for vendor activities and events Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Prepare reports on event performance and vendor efficiency Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 1 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in offline marketing roles Strong vendor management and negotiation skills Experience in organizing events, exhibitions, or promotional activities Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects Preferred
SkillsKnowledge of print production and branding materials Experience in BTL marketing activities Strong coordination and problem - solving skills.
