Clinical Nurse Educator

Key Responsibilities 1. Training Development - Develop and implement annual nursing training calendar. - Conduct induction training for newly joined nurses. - Organize regular in - service education programs, workshops, and skill - based training. - Identify training needs through audits, feedback, and performance reviews. 2. Clinical Competency Management - Assess and evaluate clinical skills and competencies of nursing staff. - Conduct competency - based assessments for critical areas such as ICU, OT, ER, and wards. - Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, SOPs, and NABH standards. 3. Quality Patient Safety - Promote adherence to infection control practices, medication safety, and patient care standards. - Coordinate with quality and infection control teams for audits and corrective actions. - Participate in clinical audits, incident analysis, and improvement initiatives. 4. Induction Orientation - Ensure structured orientation programs for new nursing staff. - Familiarize staff with hospital policies, procedures, and documentation practices. 5. Continuing Nursing EducationCNE - Plan and conduct CNE programs and encourage participation in external training and seminars. - Maintain records of training attendance and certifications. 6. Documentation Compliance - Maintain training records, attendance, competency checklists, and evaluation reports. - Ensure readiness for NABH audits and inspections. 7. Coordination Supervision - Work closely with Nursing Superintendent, department heads, and HR for training initiatives. - Support department - specific training requirements. Qualification - B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing preferred - Certification in Nursing Education / Training added advantage Experience - Minimum 5 8 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 3 years in teaching/training role Job Types: Full - time, Permanent Pay: Up to 50,000.00 per month Benefits: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund
