Description The Senior Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving regional business growth through the specialized sales and promotion of In Vitro Diagnostics IVD equipment and reagents. Responsibilities include actively building and maintaining robust relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical laboratories, and distributors. The ideal candidate will manage the complete sales cycle to achieve targeted objectives and execute territory - specific operational strategies to contribute to the companys rapid growth in the region. This is a full - time, on - site field role with designated headquarters located in Sambalpur. Requirements - Proven experience of 3 to 6 years specifically within the IVD industry or a closely related medical diagnostics field - Mandatory educational background: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biomedical Sciences, OR a B.Pharma / M.Pharma degree - Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain professional relationships with healthcare providers, laboratory technicians, and regional distributors - A strong track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets for medical equipment and reagents - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and territory management skills suitable for an expanding regional market - Willingness to travel extensively and operate out of the designated headquarter How to Apply: Send your CV to careers@agdbio.com, pratik.mishra@agdbio.com
