The role is focused on high value customer facing enhancements, maintaining system stability, improving automation, and ensuring great customer outcomes. You’ll work closely with product, support, and operations teams to ensure the system remains reliable, secure, and performant. About The Product Migration Pod handles complex data and workflow migrations across platform versions and customer integrations. The team builds in-product migration capabilities (import/mapping tools, guided flows, validation, and workflows) that allow customers acquired by BL to transition from legacy systems into core BL products. This is critical infrastructure work requiring depth in mode tooling, API integration patte s, and execution for customer success. Key Responsibilities
